I think Boise is to the point where beating anyone short of a top 10 program is no longer considered an upset.  It's a good program with a system that allows them to make up for any discrepencies in talent.  Cold Piss will probably do better than most think but I can't see a Boise victory over the Rebels being earth shattering news.
