"Pancho and Lefty" - Willie and Waylon
Great song. Van Zandt wrote some phenomenal tunes.
"Time" - Pink Floyd
You're on a roll. "No one told you when to run....you missed the starting gun!" Never really appreciated that song until sometime around my 30th birthday.
Drown - Son Volt
Love this album. Kind of lost touch with them after this, though, cuz Farrar's voice gets a little monotonous.
"Shriner's Convention" - Ray Stevens
This reminds me of long road trips with the clan in the family truckster. We loved us some Ray Stevens. True story: I once freaked out my grandmother with a prank call a la "It's Me Again, Margaret" (her name, of course). She was ready to call the police. I was seven.
Up Around the Bend - CCR
Always have to remind myself that CCR was a Cali band. They had a great sound. Well, Fogerty did, at least.
