Tiger Prowl coming to Mobile on Monday

The Tiger Prowl is coming to Mobile.
   
Auburn's second annual caravan of football coaches during the spring evaluation period is arriving on the Gulf Coast Monday. The coaches will arrive at Lipscomb Field, McGill-Toolen's home stadium on Michael Boulevard, a little after 5 p.m. WNSP-FM radio will have a live remote at the site from 3-6 p.m.
   
Auburn unveiled the Tiger Prowl last spring. Seven assistant coaches -- the maximum permitted to be on the road by the NCAA during the evaluation period -- piled into a limousine and started touring the state's high schools.
   
For the second year in a row, Mobile will be one of the first stops on the itinerary.
   
"I think it makes a statement that they want to come back and heavily recruit Mobile," Williamson coach Bobby Parish said last year. "I think it was great for them to come by."

Ummm, I've known that Tiger Prowl was going to start the first day of HS evaluations...and I knew that they were going to Mobile first, as they did last year.
