My internet keeps going on and off (weather I guess)....it's on the ESPN front page right now...it's the "Sport Science: Mark Ingram" item and it's a video. After the video, they let you "share" it and there is info for a link and for "embed".

I posted the embed and now my internet is too sporadic...I can't watch it again and get to the "link".
