What the hell is going on at Arkansas and Kentucky?  Joker Phillips better make some staff changes and get some recruiters or he's going to piss away what Rich Brooks had going.

Nice rebound by Tennessee, and Ole Miss finally reels a few in and moves into the top 25.  On the other hand, Mississippi State lost 4-star running back Rajion Neal to the Vols, dropping them down to #41.
