Bo Jackson has put on some pounds and he can't run very fast anymore.

Having said that.  He still bow hunts and is a terrific shot, so he could shoot you in the leg, catch you, then break you in half.

All of that to get to this point:  If I were an Auburn ball player, I wouldn't be caught DEAD fuckin' with Bo's daughter. :P

Dyer is a stud great pick up for the barn.
He's there. Too much in front of him at Arkansas.
Dyer is 5'8"-201lbs-4.4 forty
If he comes to Arkansas, here's what he is looking at:
Ronnie Wingo- Sophomore-6'3"-212 lbs-4.4
Knile Davis-Sophomore-6'1"-209 lbs-4.5
DeAnthony Curtis-Junior-5'10"-209-4.4
Broderick Green-Junior-6'1"-230-4.5
Dennis Johnson-Junior-5'9"-205-4.3

We have him covered size and speedwise. He would be our smallest running back and not our fastest. I'd like for him to be a hog, but RB is one spot we are loaded on for this year and next year without signing anyone. We need some defensive players this time around. He may have atitude problems. Something is going on, because our staff has been hush mouth about him for months.

Nice.

The Arkansas variation of the patented "We're rolling five deep and don't want/need him anyway" excuse.

Funny.  It always smells like shit no matter who's trying to peddle it.

Just the facts, ma'am.
I like our situation. First time that we have been set like this in the last decade.
In years past, I would be pissed if we didn't sell our souls for a kid like this from Arkansas. I have confidence that Bobby Petrino is a good evaluator of what he needs for our team. He's not out there signing 37 and shuffling half of them to JUCOs.
It is a peaceful easy feeling to not be worried about a homegrown talent like this. He ain't gonna make or break us. It is a feeling that I am not used to, for sure. He still hasn't hit any campus yet.
Bobby just got some good RBs his first 2 classes. We have some breathing room at that position. We need some defensive players now.

That hurts to the core.
We've been downtrodden for so long and we finally have a coach who knows how to build a program up. Maybe I was trying to talk like the big boys a little early, but Goddammit, I'm giddy.

What will Dyer be competing against here next year? Who besides McCalebb is getting any significant carries this year?
We have been passing the sugar, but it has been between several backs versus the one young player yall will have coming back next year. Yall need to recruit a bevy of RBs this year. Remember- Petrino has been here one year longer than Chizik. Yall need QBs, too. We are ahead of you there, too.
Dyer is looking at playing time. Yall are his best option right now. He wants to show out for someone.

You need to be rolling 5 deep at least in the SEC. I've seen the results of relying on 1-2 hosses and that shit does not work. Especially when one of them goes down.

Oh well. Warsh the grit from your vagina that got mudded up from your why Auburn will beat pore ole Arkansas diatribe. I try to be nice to you for some kind of saving a stray puppy from the side of the road reason. You still want to bite me after a spoonfull of ALPO.
Maybe a good worming and a dip in the creosote will bring you around. The shock collar is still an option, but I have seen shit eaters run off after the first jolt. The collar was worth more than the dog.

Really? Seriously? If you think Dyer couldn't beat out what you guys have on campus, you are delusional. Don't get me wrong, Wingo is a pretty good back. But if you think Dyer wouldn't see some significant PT as a true frosh, you're crazy. Arkansas has one of the worst rushing offenses in the SEC.
