Punch a player, lifetime ban. Swing at a ref?

Please tell me you all aren't waiting for Saban to "do the right thing." :taunt:

Not that it matters. The NCAA is obliged to let people skate right now because they let USC-west coast skate. So, in the grand tradition of yore, SEC schools will cheat like hell to win.

I'm uploading it right now.  I'll have it up soon in a new thread.  As many have already said, it should have been his last play of the game.  But to say he took a swing at the ref is asinine and makes you a whore.

He made contact with the referee and should have been ejected. Period. You want that kind of behavior on "your" team; no sweat off my balls. The whole defensive team were acting like a bunch of punks. I thought it impossible to out-thug a team like VT, but bama did it. "Act like you've been there before" must have been buried with bahr.

Personally, I'd be ashamed.

"Hey my friends are the ones that wanted to eat at that shitty hole in the wall that only served bread and wine.  What kind of brick and mud business model is that.  Stick to the cart if that's all you're going to serve.  Then that dude came in with like 12 other people, and some of them weren't even wearing shoes, and the restaurant sat them right across from us. It was gross, and they were all stinky and dirty.  Then dude starts talking about eating his body and drinking his blood...I almost lost it.  That's the last supper I'll ever have there, and I hope he dies a horrible death."

Even the announcers said it felt like a big-time bowl game. The atmosphere was unreal. Personally, I wouldn't want our defense out there just going through the motions. I want them to show some heart and show a little emotion. Acting like a bunch of punks? Please. Other than McClain's dumbass move, how were they acting like punks and NOT acting like football players in a top 10 matchup? Sounds like a case of the "I wanted Alabama to lose, didn't get my way, so I'm going to bitch and whine".

The problem isn't whether or not he should have been ejected.  At least two Bama fans on this thread have already stated so.  You stated that he hit the ref with his fist, and that you seen it with your own two eyes.  That was bullshit.

As for the rest of the defense acting like a bunch of punks, where and who?  Did you also see that with the same eyes that saw McClain's fist hit the ref?

Despite the fact that I incorrectly used the past tense of see instead of saw, doesn't change the fact that you were completely wrong with your "fists" comment.

McClain was flagged for a personal foul and is walking back towards the huddle. He turns back around towards the two officials (VT guy is 3 yards or so on the other side) and starts thugging his arms around like a trashy punk. McClain then swings his right arm and makes contact with the official to his left, with enough force to knock the refs right shoulder back. Keep in mind that this ref was moving towards McClain to urge him to walk away. The refs momentum was towards McClain, but some outside force caused his shoulder to get knocked back (mysteriously at the same moment fuck head took the swing). McClain gets flagged for unsportsmanlike conduct.

You forgot one....

Because he did. Or maybe the referee simply just walked into McClains fist.

Just admit that McClain didn't use his fists on the ref and that you completely fabricated that bullshit.

Here's exactly what happened.  Rolo was being blocked by that lineman, the lineman was probably saying something to him, because he was shoving Rolo about 15 to 20 yards downfield.  The Ref whistled the play dead, the lineman turned back to see what happened on the play, because he was too busy pushing Rolo around, that's when Rolo, cheap shot the lineman...blindsiding him and knocking him to the ground (Flag #1, 15 yard Personal Foul).  Then the lineman got up and got in Rolo's face, probably telling him that he couldn't knock him down, without by a fukin' cheap shot....he also probably called him a little fukin' bitch.  That's when the Refs stepped in and started separating them.  Rolo then threw the Ref's hands off of him (Flag #2, 15 yard Unsportsmanlike).  He should've been taken out of the game, if anything, to get his head back on straight.  Getting shoved around, 20 yards downfield, on National TV, would probably get me a little irritated.  But, what Rolo did was unexcusable and he should be kicked off the team for the rest of the season, that'll teach him to not act like a little fukin' bitch on National TV in a Prime-Time game.

Just saw a close up field level view of the "confrontation" with McClain.  First off, the originating pushing over of the VT player was low rent.  He was walking away and pushed with two hands in a "swatting" motion, the ref's arms when he tried to get between and seperate him from the VT player.  I can see where the "punch/ push" debate can happen.  It's all a matter what you consider one or the other.  Either way, (and we all agree here) is that he should have been ejected when you combine one with the other.  He was out of control.

Didn't happen though.  It's over.  Fuck it.  Par for the course... moving on.

Well, for this to be true, he would of had to have been assaulted first, or was trying to save a kitten and was attacked by this VT player.  All while simply trying to have a discussion with his girlfriend.
