Are we talking secondary or primary violations?  Tennessee should be at the top of the list if it's secondary violations.

Also, I find it odd that Florida is near the top of the list.  Do they break rules often?  Is the website just assuming that since Florida deals with so many blue chip recruits that something dirty must be going on?

Not to mention, just for a jab, Bama has been on probation 14 of the last 17 years.  Yet Ole Miss has better odds?
