It's been the same game for ten years. They just update the rosters and throw in a few new graphics. They need to update the gameplay.

Not to mention, once Sam Keller has his way, it's going to be the exact opposite of realistic.

How is it? This franchise has always been one of the hardest golfing games out there. I don't think it can get much harder than the Wii version.

I guess the best way to describe it would be just like the real thing. "Easy game. Tough rules."

I am playing on the second easiest difficulty have not played par golf yet. Closest I have got was about 9-10 over on the Blue Monster at Doral.

Surprisingly though I really like it. I can hop on play 18 holes in about 25-30 minutes. Lots of control of your shots. Almost too much actually. Wind, rain, slope, speed all play major parts. I have not played any online as of yet. Was gonna do that some tonight.

You know why can't Microsoft and Sony just get their shit together and allow people from both consoles to play online together. I know it can be done, these things are just computers running ethernet cards. People playing on Macs can play online games against those on PC so they sure as hell should be able to setup a cross platforming system. Greedy bastages!

I have come to the conclusion that it is actually gonna take a software/game developer company to make that possibility ever have a chance to happen. Up to this point the people with the hardware have been completely in the drivers seat by making anyone playing an online game play on their servers ie Microsoft & Sony. In my mind for this to happen there will have to be a software company that sacks up to provide the servers to play on with porting available to both systems.
