My doctor told me I needed to stop masturbating.  I asked him why, and he said, "because I'm trying to examine you."

That fucking sucks. According to a Vigor coach that was there, he broke his leg in two places and left in an ambulance.

It was NOT a compound fracture. Which is huge (much lower risk of infection). He is out of surgery and doing well.

Doc's say he should be able to start jogging in 6-8 weeks. There is a decent chance he will be full speed by SEC slate. Of course that is best case-scenario. Still, this is much better than everybody expected after seeing the injury.

He wanted to get up and walk to EAMC, but the coaches decided to exercise caution and call in an ambulance.

We lost Brandon Barnett with a broken shin. You'll get that when you practice like you play. It's tough to lose players to injury, but I think it makes the team better in the long run a lot better than wearing pink jerseys or shit like that. We lost Knile Davis earlier with a broken ankle.

I agree.  I still believe we weren't physical enough in our past practices.

chizik is not worth having a nickname of any type. I have chosen instead to not capitalize his name to show a complete disrespect for a very insignificant individual.

I bet that just pisses him off to no end.

This commentary may piss you off.

Seriously, how old are you?  This many?  :fu:

Quote
"Is Auburn going to take some lumps in this first season, when Western Division foes Alabama, LSU, and Ole Miss have a chance to be ranked in the Top 10?

Probably.

But Chizik and this staff are building an organization for the long haul. I’m not sure I’d bet against them."

Show me one coach who hasn't "learned" something from being a loser.
Show me one coach anywhere who is NOT building for the future by having a stellar recruiting class?
Show me one coach who is not closing in on retirement who does not plan to be in it for the longhaul.
Show meone beatwriter reporter who dares to write anything that makesthe coach/coaching staff look bad and therefore placing his job as a sportswriter in jepordy.

Show me any one of those things and I'll place some faith in the article.
Until then it is business as usual.
I bet you or I could set down and write chizik's basic post scrimmage press conference using the standard coaching say nothing coaches speak.

Remember we are going back to Auburns SMASH MOUTH FOOTBALL....unless the non tony frankilin spread thingy works. Then we are going to run a million and five plays per game.
We are going to build a fence around the State of Alabama and take the players we want! We willshut out Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee etc. unless they happen to sign somebody that we obviously didn't want.

The list of lies and coaching cliches just goes on and on when you actually listen to what they are saying and remember quotes and articles from what they said in the past.

You are much more more critical (as a group) of what saban says as a lie than you are the person who is supposedly the face of Auburn football.

What do you want? What do you care about? Honor, integrity, wins or just not being left out by the other posters, friends, family, boosters and supporters? Hold our coach, his staff and support personnel to task. Force them to quit the double speak to take responsibility for their actions. To be honest with the Auburn family, to be something we can be proud of.

Of course chizik can't, he's never been a failure since he became a football coach.

These are the stories, articles and blogs  that give you a better insight into the deluded self loving mind of the coach you love. Much better than some beat writer posting the copy that the Auburns sports information department spoon feeds him.
