I didn't even look at the point system so I'm not sure how this thing wil be scored.  But, Peter Brown said this morning on SNR that it's stupid to give the same points to a #1 beating a #16 as every other game.  If you have the balls to pick a huge upset, you should be rewarded for it.

I actually thought about giving something to last place (I think I actually came in last, last year) but decided against it.  The poll has spoken and the payouts will be as follows.

As it stands right now:

1st 60%:  $180
2nd 30%:  $90
3rd 10%:  $30

These numbers will change if we can get a few more players

I was gratified to see some of these talking-head, slicked-back-hair, shiny-suited, sports commentators eat crow after Carolina's win Monday...these guys being the same folk talking up the greatness of the Big East and the Big Ten this season.
