I have never been a Motley Crue fan, but my wife is a big fan of them and Poison. We have attended two Motley Crue shows, one in Huntsville and one in Birmingham. I enjoyed the Huntsville show more because it was inside, so Tommy Lee was able to his drum solo show in which he flys around between two podiums suspended from the roof. The B'ham show was outside, therefore he could not do that. However, as far as the sound quality went, the B'ham outside show had better acoustics then the Huntsville inside show.
As soon as the words came out of her mouth for this show, I said no. Two Motley Crue and one Poison concert was my limit. We have yet to go see any of my favorite groups, but that is because they are either not together anymore (or keep getting together the breaking up again), rarely tour, or just never come close enough to go. Van Halen and KISS would be who I am mostly referring too. I have given up on Van Halen and I am hoping KISS will come close enough when their new tour starts after they release their new album.
