Airport greeting staged?
« on: December 15, 2008, 12:25:36 PM »
I am now hearing that the enthusiastic airport greeting for Chizik was staged and that most of the people there had some personal relationship to either Jacobs or Chiz.

The sniveling fuck was so afraid of a riot that he staged it.

Only certain people were allowed anywhere near the plane.

Please, God, tell me that this a rumor.

Well shit!  No self respecting Auburn person who has any sense would really be happy about it, so you do the math.

"Hey my friends are the ones that wanted to eat at that shitty hole in the wall that only served bread and wine.  What kind of brick and mud business model is that.  Stick to the cart if that's all you're going to serve.  Then that dude came in with like 12 other people, and some of them weren't even wearing shoes, and the restaurant sat them right across from us. It was gross, and they were all stinky and dirty.  Then dude starts talking about eating his body and drinking his blood...I almost lost it.  That's the last supper I'll ever have there, and I hope he dies a horrible death."

As much as I want this to be true I know four Alabama fans who showed up dressed in all Alabama garb to cheer on Jacobs so that pretty much negates the "only certain people were allowed anywhere near the plane" thing.

If you want to disagree with me I will be glad to let you and I'll just start saying it was a staged party also.

I didn't consider this.  If the situation were reversed I would have done the same.

I hope you're right.

I do not doubt, however, that Jacobs called everyone he ever knew and begged them to come out so there wouldn't be a riot.

Could you do that please?  That would be great.

Now I may be an idiot, but there is one thing I am not, sir, and that, sir, is an idiot.

Could be the case but I find it hard to believe.  I did see a couple of regular joes on other boards who were out there and posted pics and what not of the experience.  Maybe this is a huge BOT conspiracy but those posters havent given any inclination before that they were on the "inside".  Interesting thought though. I'd like to know more.

I'll support Chizik and his staff.  This isn't his fault.  He won the lottery.

I will NOT support Jacobs or any of those in power who could have possibly had a hand in this decision.

My doctor told me I needed to stop masturbating.  I asked him why, and he said, "because I'm trying to examine you."
