Credit where credit's due

I haven't seen anyone "NOT" acknowledge the win.  Also Tiger, it IS possible to debate and have a want to keep bammers on their toes.  It's that whole "rivalry" thing.

I think most of us are "over it".  I think most of us expected it....

I'm also very comfortable with the fact that we can still remind them that we've won 6 of the last 7.

People can do whatever they want and I can comment on it if I want to. I'm just more of a 6 out of 7 you bitches guy as opposed to trying to belittle their win by playing on how much we suck. It just reeks of the way they cried that we only beat them when they were down. It's just so bammerish to me. 6 of 7 speaks for itself. They can blow their fucking horns til next year and they will still only have one win in the last 7 years.

Got it.  We actually are in the same page.  I'm just not going to call out fellow Auburn folks for dealing how they want to deal.  That's all.  I learned that the hard way earlier in the season.....and by the way, we DID suck this year.   I think it's possible to point out Bammer's vast improvement and actually congratulate it while still reminding them that the other teams in their conference didn't exactly even have what would be considered an "average" year by any means.

I think Kaos put it best by calling out a proper "perspective", even if it was in Kaos' special way of doing so.

I wasn't minimizing the fucking win, they beat the total shit out of my Tigers.  They did what I wish Tuberville would have been a big enough asshole to do to them the four or five times we've had the opportunity. But, to be fair, AU didn't put up much of a fight.  Bama could have thrown 11 blind three-legged mules out there and I dont' think AU would have scored more than 10.  We couldn't move the ball against fucking AIR.  I've never seen a more poorly concieved game plan, or such god-awful fundamental failures in execution in my life.

Within four hours after the game I'd heard from probably a dozen son of a bitches. Some I haven't talked to in three or four years. Calling to compare that defense to 1992 (because the fucks always live in the past). Calling to brag about how Bama was "back", rightful place,  blah, blah, fucking blah.  So put it in perspective.

The final score of that game was less about Bama's defensive mastery and more about AU's complete and utter failure to perform even the most rudimentary offensive functions. I feel sorry for Kodi Burns. It was readily apparent that he hasn't been told anything about the quarterback position.  He was just as bad in Game 12 as he was in Game 1.  His footwork is atrocious. His mechanics are abysmal.

So yeah, Bama won. The fact that they beat the worst AU team in decades is a FACT, not an excuse. They gave AU exactly what it deserved for sucking the way it has all year.

Maybe somebody will learn something from this shit.

You quoted me, but actually, I get what you're doing and saying.  I've got no problem with it.  Agree even.

Tuberville should be fired, or the same shit will be repeated next year...with a possible +2 or -2 in the win/loss column.

Redskins cornerback DeAngelo Hall said, "Guys don't mind hitting Michael Vick in the open field, but when you see Cam, you have to think about how you're going to tackle him. He's like a big tight end coming at you."

A month ago I would have disagreed with you.  But I see nothing that gives me courage right now. I don't get a sense of competitive fire from him.

Instead of "This unacceptable, we are going to work our ass off to make sure that this doesn't happen again."  we get "I didn't turn into a bad coach overnight, look at the last ten years, yeah I think we're gonna figure this thing out, blah, blah coachspeak."

He should be pissed off, not just "meh" about it.

Has tubs earned one more chance? I suppose so.

Would I be upset if the axed him tomorrow? Not really. I would be a bit sad, but not upset with the decision.

He needs to spend some of his millions hiring a top flight consultant to help him with his next oc hire.

Hey, it's all good. I'm a bit like kaos, if something pisses me off I tend to say something about it. I have a habit of throwing in my .02 whether it is the right time or not. Its one of my specialties.

Okay, I just thought up a new knock off song.

Instead of teardrops on my guitar........ she's the reason for the spooge drops on my keyboard.   If it were well done it could go viral.
