There were some bad calls, but LSU got the ball 453,343 times in the second half and did nothing with it.  It is their own fault.

bullshit, LSU's players lost composure and lacked discipline in the second half. they were flat out playing dirty once Arky started coming back. last time i checked, when a defensive lineman kicks the shit out of a football because he's pissed, thats a penalty. shoving another player down after the whistle, thats a penalty too. holding a receiver's jersey when the ball is being thrown to him....hey, i'll be damned, thats a penalty too! LSU just made a bunch of bonehead mistakes that gave Arky alot of breaks.

he's totally screwed now. LSU fans are dead even with Alabama fans as far as unreasonable expectations go, and this sort of season isn't going to fly. he doesn't have Saban's talent to hid behind anymore. his coaching is starting to show. something that i found amusing was that one play to the sideline that like 4 players and an assistant coach were trying to show the ref the Arky receiver juggled the ball. i remember thinking, thats sad when you try and train your players to that line of thinking. the Arky receiver was just like "WTF?" even the announcers said something about it. LSU played without discipline in the second half, and it showed.

it doesn't matter why he kicked the ball, he kicked it. it wasn't an accident. he was staring right at it, took three steps up to it and kicked it. its no different than somebody getting an excessive celebration penalty because they made a "fabulous" play. but hey, its cool. Miles gave him a hug and massaged his balls for him, so don't sweat it.

Yeah, kicking the ball like that is a delay of game penalty at best...and damned stupid to boot.

It breaks my heart not at all to see LSU on the wrong end of this one...they had plenty of opportunities to overcome any real or perceived officiating injustices and, well, they stuck a chainsaw up their ass and Arkansas rip-started it.

Ironic that Arkansas won all of 2 conference games and they were against us and LSU.
