You've got to be trolling at this point.

he has repeatedly made his opposition to vaccines clear. He said on a podcast “there’s no vaccine that is safe and effective” and has urged people to resist CDC guidelines on when kids should get vaccinated.

He wants to eliminate liability protections for drug companies.

Kennedy said he would recommend water agencies stop adding fluoride to drinking water

For years, Kennedy Jr. has promoted the theory that the preservative thimerosal, which has largely been phased out of modern vaccine formulas, appears to be responsible for a rise in autism diagnoses, and that the government knew but “knowingly allowed the pharmaceutical industry to poison an entire generation of American children,” he wrote in Rolling Stone and Salon in 2006. This has been thoroughly debunked, with a consensus among a number of certified health organizations, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization and more, found no credible link between vaccines and autism.

Kennedy Jr. was caught on camera in July of 2023 telling fellow diners that “COVID-19 is targeted to attack Caucasians and Black people” and “the people who are most immune are Ashkenazi Jews and Chinese,”

Kennedy Jr. has promoted the disproven conspiracy that 5G cellular networks—an advanced wireless technology standard for mobile phones—allow governments to collect user data and “control” their behavior, CBS reported in 2023. He also told Joe Rogan in a June podcast interview that WiFi “radiation” causes cancer, “cellphone tumors” and “opens your blood brain barrier” to toxins (There is no scientific proof connecting WiFi or 5G to any illnesses, according to the American Cancer Society).

I agree. This chart explains why.

He wants to eliminate liability protections for drug companies.

What's the problem here?  I kill you out of negligence or by purposely ignoring risk, I'm going to jail. Why protect companies that have a proven track history of ignoring, burying, obfuscating risk?

And?

For years, Kennedy Jr. has promoted the theory that the preservative thimerosal, which has largely been phased out of modern vaccine formulas, appears to be responsible for a rise in autism diagnoses, and that the government knew but “knowingly allowed the pharmaceutical industry to poison an entire generation of American children,” he wrote in Rolling Stone and Salon in 2006. This has been thoroughly debunked, with a consensus among a number of certified health organizations, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization and more, found no credible link between vaccines and autism.

You used almost all the magic words!
"Debunked"
"Rolling Stone"
"Salon"
"Consensus"
"Certified organizations"
"WHO"
"CDC"

If the last five years have shown us anything - there is no limit to the lies.  Every single one of those buzz-words is a synonym for "lying to the public."  If you'd just tacked on "Fauci" you'd have won the bingo.

Allow me to rebut:

Kennedy Jr. was caught on camera in July of 2023 telling fellow diners that “COVID-19 is targeted to attack Caucasians and Black people” and “the people who are most immune are Ashkenazi Jews and Chinese,”

A lot of people said a lot of things about Covid.  Current administration lied about every bit of it. Cause, release, symptoms, prevention, cure... to protect pharmaceutical companies they purposely and maliciously attacked anyone who didn't follow their talking points. THEY killed thousands by pretending things that worked didn't work  and requiring doctors/hospitals to follow protocols they knew were fatal.  Remdesivir and ventilators? Prescribed death sentences. And they KNEW.

Whatever theories he's exploring, no matter how nutty you might think they are? We don't know what we don't know until we find out. This administration doesn't want us to know.  Gates, Soros, Klaus?  Nothing would surprise me in terms of what they'd do, the level of genetic engineering they'd attempt to design in their STATED FREAKING PLANS to depopulate the world.

Kennedy Jr. has promoted the disproven conspiracy that 5G cellular networks—an advanced wireless technology standard for mobile phones—allow governments to collect user data and “control” their behavior, CBS reported in 2023. He also told Joe Rogan in a June podcast interview that WiFi “radiation” causes cancer, “cellphone tumors” and “opens your blood brain barrier” to toxins (There is no scientific proof connecting WiFi or 5G to any illnesses, according to the American Cancer Society).

"Disproven..."  Ok.

And again, whatever you may think he thinks -- whatever Rachel Madcow whispered in your ear -- please allow me to rebut...

Just FYI - you know most of the rest of the developed world doesn't do Flouride in drinking water right? It's not an insane view to not want it added. It's not necessary at all. Flouride supplementation can be had (IF DESIRED) via toothpaste or fluoride treatments.

Also, I saw an interview with RFKjr where he said he just wanted vaccines to be a choice. Didn't want to take anyone's away that still wanted them. Thats a big difference in outlawing them. I get hes personally opposed them, but it doesn't sound like he wants to take away your 16 rounds of COVID Vaccines if you truly want them.

So you're digging into one case over one vaccine where he wants to examine it's approval at the FDA level? Again, what about the other 2 dozen...no wait.....71? And that's not an access thing. Let's give some context here. FDA Approval vs the general public having access to already approved drugs are two different things. Every drug should be going through FDA Approval. If the FDA thinks he's full of crap, they will deny this. If they think there is merit to his case, they won't. He by no means wants to deny people access to approved drugs whether he personally likes them or not.

I think youre missing the overall point here of having openness and transparency with a lot of the chemicals and drugs people have been exposed to, either not knowing it at all or at minimum not knowing possible dangers of them.

Quote

all of his petitions were filed on behalf of clients. Katie Miller, a spokeswoman for Mr. Kennedy, said Mr. Siri has been advising Mr. Kennedy but has not discussed his petitions with any of the health nominees. She added, “Mr. Kennedy has long said that he wants transparency in vaccines and to give people choice.”

No, RFK's stance on vaccines is well-documented despite his constant attempts to explain himself.

I'm pushing back on the "hey, we just want choice" crap.  Revoking FDA approval for a demonstrably and wildly effective 60+ year old vaccine is symptomatic of much bigger stupidity on the way.

Five statements of WISDOM
1. You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity, by legislating the wealth out of prosperity.
2. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.
3. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.
4. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it.
5. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friends, is the beginning of the end of any nation.

Generally speaking, I don't think POTUS should have pardon power.

Was weirdly silent around here when Trump went on a pardon spree at the end of his term, though.

Are these two points still valid? Asking for a friend.

Because a clemency spree just happened. A lot of them bad bad people.
