The ladies are currently finishing up a 4 game set in Puerta Vallarta. They sit at 4-1-1 and face #7 Clemson tomorrow.

That is impressive to get four wins when you haven’t played all the games yet. And you also didn’t win 2 of the ones you have played.

Chicks playing with balls sit at 12-2-1. The start SEC play against #12 Mizzou on the road this weekend. The chicks have cracked the top 25 in most polls.

Dropped 2 of the 3 in Mizzou to the #12 Tigers. #20 Arkansas comes to Auburn for a series this weekend. 13-4-1 (1-2)

Just like the Auburn baseball players with penises, the girls have had a rough start to the conference schedule. 15-9-1 overall and 2-7 in conference play.

During my early AM workout, Blackerby was telling Dapprich that Mickey Dean was an ass to the press. Essentially saying that he wouldn't give many interviews or help generate much interest for the program, and that they were hard pressed to find any of their internal contacts to say something nice about the guy. By the way, did I mention that I work out in the early mornings?

Can’t have nice things. AU goes up 5-2 in the top of the 14th. Then gives up a 3 run shot and a solo to lose it in the bottom. Long 4:21 game!

Out of the SEC tourney in the first round.
Dean is gone so maybe we can have nice things again.

Dean honestly did exactly what he was supposed to do when hired, which was to bring calmer waters to the program after the Myers fiasco - first and foremost. I am not sure he was supposed to stick around as long as he did but I think he did his job while here. Now, let's hope we can make that leap back forward with the next coach. It was thought that the Duke coach was. front runner but it's now being said she has a ton of baggage, especially with AAU Hubby and his softball teams. Asst coach at Oklahoma would be nice but she's next in line for that job when the current maestro retires. With them moving to the SEC, she may want to stay put as HCIW.
