Call me a cynic but I don't think there is a rescue at 13000 feet. It's a recovery mission. Horrifying to think about how that went down, what those people must have thought.

It CAN be recovery if it starts soon enough with the right tools. I know a super sub bot has been deployed from France to start today but I also know they run out of air Thursday AM. This may have worked if it had been used Monday. Odds are slim.

The thing was piecemealed together and had a Logitech playstation controller. I am not sure I would go 1 mile off shore with that thing in the gulf much less 2.5 miles to the ocean floor in the cold Atlantic with it. Dumbasses.
