the theme of the pic is "Frustration and Disappointment."  I think most would agree Tubbs is a CEO like head coach, depending upon his asst. coaches (middle managment) to get it done in their respective department.  This pic illustrates the season very well.  Asst. coaches have been a let down, and it trickles down to the players.  Everyone is looking to the man in charge to right the ship.
