One of my all-time favorites, Tim Conway, dead at 85'.  One of the greatest things in comedy....live comedy...is watching the actors try to keep from breaking out laughing.  That was the whole allure of the Carol Burnett show for me, watching Harvey Korman and the others try and keep a straight face while Conway delivered his lines.

This is one of the greatest examples of his comic genius in that he cracked himself up almost to the point of not being able to keep going.  I read the background on this skit and it turns out that Conway's elephant story was totally ad libbed.  Nobody knew he was going to go off on this tangent.
