School shootings.
« on: May 09, 2019, 03:38:43 PM »
Here comes the left again. they never want to address the issues, just the results.

And why does a school shooter not immediately get the death penalty? Shooting someone at school should be akin to suicide. Once convicted, the killer should be hung in public within 30 days.

What good would an appeal do? Its not like you accidentally ran into a school with a gun and started shooting. This was deliberate. Hang them in the town square for all to see. Get serious about protecting the children. Otherwise, they are just expendable political pawns.

Five statements of WISDOM
1. You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity, by legislating the wealth out of prosperity.
2. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.
3. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.
4. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it.
5. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friends, is the beginning of the end of any nation.

And kudos to the students for walking out on the dumbass Dims trying to use the vigil for their own agenda.

A couple of things here.  From what I've read, 3 kids, one of whom was killed, rushed the shooter(s) and apparently saved some lives.  I know I posted on this a while back, but it bears repeating because it's something I think about any time I'm in a crowd of people.  I have guns at my house and my office, but I don't pack teh heats in public.  I know I should, but....

Anyway, I sat through a seminar on what to do in an active shooter situation where the speaker used the Virginia Tech massacre as the prime example of what to do and not to do.  The shooter walked in one classroom and systematically walked around executing students who were simply cowering down and/or hiding.  Another classroom barred the door with anything they could and threw anything they could get their hands on at him.  Bingo.  The speaker's whole point was, cower down and wait for your turn to be shot.....or refuse to be the victim and throw everything from a cell phone to the kitchen sink at him.  Put him on the defensive and maybe have an opening to overpower him.  Sounds like that's what the kids at this school did, or were trying to do.

Another thing that stood out from the guy's talk was if you do overpower the shooter and get his gun, he said cover it with a trash can and sit on it.  Do not pick it up because when the police come in, they only know they're looking to take someone down who has a gun in his hand.

My doctor told me I needed to stop masturbating.  I asked him why, and he said, "because I'm trying to examine you."

It is not instinct for most people to charge a shooter, so cudos to these young men who did.

One tactic that you learn early on in infantry training is how to handle being ambushed.  You turn into it and charge.  The best chance you have at that point is to rattle the person accosting you.

I would equate an ambush and surprise shooter in the same category with you having better chances with a shooter.  I heard someone say one time and I have always found it to be true.  "If you look like food, you are going to get eaten."

"Hey my friends are the ones that wanted to eat at that shitty hole in the wall that only served bread and wine.  What kind of brick and mud business model is that.  Stick to the cart if that's all you're going to serve.  Then that dude came in with like 12 other people, and some of them weren't even wearing shoes, and the restaurant sat them right across from us. It was gross, and they were all stinky and dirty.  Then dude starts talking about eating his body and drinking his blood...I almost lost it.  That's the last supper I'll ever have there, and I hope he dies a horrible death."

Actually the best chance you have is to draw your own weapon, aim, and fire. I have come to understand that nobody likes dodging bullets.
The problem is we have no one armed to protect our kids because the left only wants to disarm everyone but the criminals ans crazies.

There's a war on everyone including LEOs. It's out of control.

Quote
Darian Atkinson had been in trouble in the past, though he had never been convicted of any felony crime in the state.

However, in 2018, Atkinson was suspended from Biloxi High School for three days after he threatened to shoot up the school in the aftermath of the deadly Parkland shooting.
