Folks...... listen we have no censure over here, you are free to post anything.  We only have 2 basic rules no nudity (and this is really only because people access this site from work) and no racism.  If it is a borderline term or splitting hairs dont fucking use the word.  If it offends someone or you think it might don't fucking use the word.

The moderators here are very tolerant if it offends them don't use the word.  There is no further discussion needed. If you continue to use it and you see the need to push the only 2 rules we have you will be asked to leave.  Its not rocket surgery.

Thank you!

Are you American or Mexican? You stated you were mexican and that the term delted racist term offended you BECAUSE you were MEXICAN. There is a difference. I didn't call you any names. And looky here you little turd, if you would like me dead, give it your best shot. Whiny ass people better than you have tried.

I'm not a Mexican and your stupid fucking post offended me.

Hey wes, kiss my ass.

Keep it up.

You dickheads have no idea what racism is. If anything, the statement is more of a bigoted statement, not a racist statement.

Good lord.  With every post you show your ass a little more.  Kudos.

Back to the topic, I had ordered the game and somehow lost the signal.  Spent an hour on the phone with DirectTv trying to get them to get the game back on for me.  I listened to most of the first half on the radio.  Long story short, they never got it back on for me, gave me a refund and I am glad they did.  Glad that I sold my tickets to the game, it would have been one miserable ride home.   Put me in the same boat with Kaos, my soul is hurting.  This is the most miserable football season I can remember in a long time.

I had some DirecTV issues too.  Missed the entire first quarter because they wouldn't switch over from the Vandy/Miss St. game to the Auburn game.  So I called them and got a quarter of the ppv price back.  However, they were also having audio issues the whole game, and it sounded like I was listening to a couple of high school football announcers do the play by play...definitely not in dolby digital surround.  This was my first strike against DirecTV.

You shouldn't have any strikes against Directv...they rock the casbah.  None of the issues you mentioned have anything to do with Directv.  ESPN controls the games and timing, and the sound issue was crappy CSS, just be glad you got to watch that craptastic crap fest.....crap!

+= ignorantly hypocritical.
Oh, well then, I stand corrected. As long as you say it's not racist, then bigotry is totally cool... :taunt:

Yes, I saw the discussion where it was used by the LA Times. And I don't care. You and others clinging to it after being asked nicely not to use it are using it in a racist connotation over and over and over and over again. We gave you an inch and some of you took a mile. We have three rules, and while it's sad that we even have to have that one, obviously we do.

Bottom line: Any time I see it, it will be deleted. I strongly advised not to push board rules on a regular basis.

I read the threads where it was deleted once and then determined to be an "OK" phrase. Maybe you supermods need to get together and decide which one of you will allow some things and which one of you wont. It gets very confusing for us "racist" bastards on here. (may just be me)

Look, I'm not ussualy this big of an ass, but I'm not gonna be e-penis slapped by a bunch of overly sensitive ninnies when the phrase used was not one that had been definitely banned. The discussion was had earlier and the phrase was allowed. Then when I use it, it's no more allowed? You can kiss my ass.
I see now that it's not allowed and will refrain, but make no mistake, your interweb powers do not in the least bit scare me. But please be a little more consistent on the moderating.

As for AUredwing, sorry you were offended. It was not directed AT you, therefore you did not need to be offended.

Five statements of WISDOM
1. You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity, by legislating the wealth out of prosperity.
2. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.
3. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.
4. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it.
5. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friends, is the beginning of the end of any nation.

Its done...its over from this point forward the term is no longer allowed. We have no super modertors here, please you know better than that. You know they hardly get involved.

Let's move back to the topic that Auburn football sucks and that Ogre wants to kill himself...which, I am still trying to figure out why thats a bad thing.

If something were to happen to me, this board would die.  I'm tired of carrying the weight around here.  I get all kinds of phone calls, emails and text messages from Jay Jacobs on down, and I don't have time to deal with a bunch of jacklegs in this internet black hole.

I've always wondered why you guys had a rule against nudity.  Damn, can't we just put a NSFW warning on it?

It doesn't really matter to me, I just like the naked ladies, and the nearly naked ladies, and the short ones, the tall ones, skinny ones, fat ones...wait I didn't say that last one.

There's that, and then there's some additional legal responsibility we'd have to take.

Same goes for the premium content rule.

There's that, and then there's a little bit of legal red tape which wouldn't be all that hard to get around if we really wanted to.

Same goes for the premium content rule.

Would you have to use one of those at least 18 user agreements?  Hey those things really work too.  I mean it'll turn away a horny 14/15 year old in a heartbeat.

Point taken.  I don't see why, though, ESPN won't offer Gameplan feeds in HD.  You get spoiled to an extent and then watching a regular feed can become very disappointing.  It's like living in the early 2000's.
