I was reading a piece on the dot I am a gay twerker that has no balls!!!! I also have no idea how to use the quote function to post stories, so I annoy the piss out of others. I like male genatalia in and around my mouth. about former RB Corch, Tim Horton, taking a job in the same position with Vandy. I copy/pasta'd part of the article because I was reading it and thinking WTH is wrong with this picture? On Horton Had A Who:
Horton spent the last six seasons as Auburn’s running backs coach, producing five 1,000-yard rushers, including Heisman finalist Tre Mason in 2013, Cameron Artis-Payne in 2014, Peyton Barber in 2015, Kamryn Pettway in 2016 and SEC Offensive Player of the Year Kerryon Johnson in 2017. Four of those -- Mason, Artis-Payne, Pettway and Johnson -- led the SEC in rushing in those respective seasons.
Four of those running backs also went on to the NFL, with three -- Artis-Payne, Barber and Johnson -- currently in the league. Those five backs helped Auburn put together a string of nine consecutive seasons with at least one 1,000-yard rusher dating back to 2009.
That streak was the longest in the SEC before it came to an end last season, when the Tigers’ leading rusher was redshirt freshman Boobee Whitlow, who ran for 787 yards and six touchdowns while Auburn deployed more of a by-committee approach to the backfield.
Horton left Auburn earlier this month after coach Gus Malzahn demoted him and hired Carnell “Cadillac†Williams as running backs coach. He was initially expected to take an off-field role with the program, a source told AL.com in January, but when asked about Horton on National Signing Day last week, Malzahn said the longtime assistant decided to pursue other opportunities.
Now, I don't know anything about Horton and he's always kind of been behind the scenes. But look at the success. Are you kidding me? Name any running backs coach in the country that's had a better run than that. (Well, besides Bama's 16 RB Coaches) And Malzahn demoted him to hire a guy with zero experience? Obviously, just about anyone would have exited stage left after being demoted, but it's getting to be a common theme with Gus where assistants are voluntarily making lateral or lesser moves.
