Look hes not a bad player. But centerpiece? Dude. This is the only time I’m gonna advise you to use more dcp.

Yeah, I'm not disagreeing with you Snags that Heron wasn't good but centerpiece is a strong word. 

Heron is averaging 20.5 ppg and 6.5 rebounds. He's shooting 50% from the floor. He was an 80% free throw shooter for us last year. So yeah, put the crack pipe down.

Let's compare stats at the end of the year and see where the chips fall.

Okay, maybe centerpiece is a wee bit over the top.  Just a tad.  I just truly believe Heron would have been the stud on this club.  He has the most complete all around game on the floor and all indications are he'll only get better.  Fair enough though on seeing how it all plays out.  They have a tough row to HO in that conference.

Last night the University of Auburn thoroughly whipped those poor gentlemen from the College of Mississippi.  It was a most ripping victory!

I'm not saying that Heron is not a good player. I'm saying it looks like Doughty is going to fit better with the team. Last year, Heron seemed to force some things and it seemed like Auburn sometimes forced things to Heron. It looks like...in the two games that I have watched...that Doughty let's the game come to him and doesn't try to "take over". Again, in only two games, I think Doughty seems to be a better fit for this TEAM. It will be interesting to see what happens when Purifoy starts playing, from what I remember, he is a player similar to Heron.

It was also the same when Wiley got into the game against Washington. It seemed they were trying to force the ball inside and it messed up the offensive rhythm. I didn't watch last night, but hopefully that will get better as Wiley plays more games as we will need an inside force to compete with the big boys.

Agreed.  Although I didn't watch last night either.  I don't imagine anyone could get much of a take from a 50 point sodomizing.

Wiley looked better was the only take from last night.  He had 18 points off of 5-7 shooting in 16 mins of game time.  Doesn't matter who you are playing.
