If You Think Chicago Is Bad Now...

Wait and see what happens if the police officer is not convicted of murder today.  The verdict is in on a highly publicized killing of a black teen in 2014, where the cop shot him 16 times.  The cop was charged with murder and other various offenses and the trial has been going on for a while now.  The verdict is supposed to be announced within the hour.  If it's not a guilty verdict, that city will make Ferguson look like a camp fire on the beach.

I don't remember the case but just off of your description guilty seems to be a no braniner

They would have likely ended up shooting the guy when trying to take him into custody. Or maybe he would have surrendered peacefully after posturing. 

We’ll never know because he was shot multiple times to death while not making any real threatening movements.

Well, he did move every time a round hit him!

When my son was in Iraq, he unloaded on some mahdi militia guy that was trying to RPG them. The captain asked why he kept shooting the guy. He said the guy was still moving. “Yeah. Every time a round hit him!”
