The idiot left expects Trump to trust the same intelligence community about Russia that is trying to railroad him with Russian collusion.

Trump is so far  ahead of the left that it is pathetic.

Five statements of WISDOM
1. You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity, by legislating the wealth out of prosperity.
2. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.
3. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.
4. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it.
5. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friends, is the beginning of the end of any nation.

You mean like yesterday when Trump threw the US intelligence agencies under the bus just to prop up his boss Putin? It was bad enough that some Republicans are throwing around the word "treason."
This proves my point. I'm so used to hearing the word treason, that when I find something that I may consider an error by the president, I defend him because I hear treason.

It's so fucking stupid.

Mueller Indicted Peeps For Show.

When one of the indicted companies, Concord, showed up in court and asked the Judge to force Mueller to hand over the "evidence"....he couldn't.  Mueller wasn't expecting push back.  Wasn't expecting anyone to call his hand.  They did. He had no evidence and begged the Court to put off the hearing.  He failed miserably.  It's all for show.  Banking on the Russians, who don't have to show up, to do just that.  The one time they did, he got his ass handed to him.

Mueller asserted that the Concord discovery request would require disclosure of classified/sensitive materials and then objected to another defendant piggybacking off Concord's request since that 2nd defendant had not made the appearance before the Court that Concord did.

Crim/Civ Procedure is dry, boring shit and is ripe with opportunities to sensationalize a narrative to the masses that don't know the intricacies of this esoteric practice area.  I don't fully understand it...and there may be cause for outrage based on a rule/point of procedure that I'm unfamiliar with...but from what I've read there's nothing to suggest that Mueller overcame the high burden of Grand Jury indictment only to get caught actually flat-flooted with no evidence.  Due to the nature of the process (prosecutor presents evidence to the GJ....GJ approves indictment) there isn't any likelihood that Mueller simply lacks any evidence at all.

Indictments are worthless.

He indicted people over which he has no jurisdiction.  He might as well have indicted Bigfoot, a herd of unicorns, Grape Ape, the King of Prussia and a turtle from Ecuador.  Have about the same worth.

If the crime was committed on US soil (or the cyber equivalent), then he absolutely has jurisdiction.  The issue is his lack of extradition power to compel attendance/testimony.

To be clear, that doesn't render the prosecution worthless, only difficult to complete.

It’s worthless.  And you know it.

Its the equivalent of charging Mr Crabs for workplace discrimination.

Nothing but grandstanding and saber rattling.  At least be honest enough to admit that.
