Why don't you shut your stupid face?

So, you care about Syrians...just as long as they stay over there in their war torn Country and not seek refuge here. Gotcha.

Yeah.  That's exactly right.

I don't want Syrian kids to be gassed or bombed.  I want Syrian kids to stay in Syria and for their leaders to make their countries safer and stronger so they can prosper there.  I don't believe in globalism.  Each country, each culture has its own role to play.  But when you have a world leader who is terrorizing his own people I do think the moral obligation of being a Christian nation dictates that we have to do something.

I know you don't remember anything about history, but we should have already learned the hard lessons of coddling despots, the failures of appeasement, the worthlessness of threats without action. Obama clearly didn't pay attention and set us back centuries because he didn't have the courage or character to make the hard choices.  Sometimes peace comes through strength.  You have to occasionally -- and in the right situation -- be willing to exercise that strength. I'm happy and proud we have a president who understands that.

Five statements of WISDOM
1. You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity, by legislating the wealth out of prosperity.
2. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.
3. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.
4. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it.
5. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friends, is the beginning of the end of any nation.

I'm o.k. with all of this. And as long as you stay in your part of Baldwin county, you and I will get along marvelously.

You mean the history lesson about America refusing European Jewish refugees back in the late 30s-early 40s. The situation now is somewhat similar...war torn Country, refugees, America refusing them claiming that they might be "working for the enemy" or "might be terrorists".
But, the war torn part is a bit different, here you have a Civil War between US, Turkey, & Israel backed Syrian Rebels against the Syrian, Russian, & Iranian military.
