If we get Coynis Miller in the fold, I'll feel pretty good about our front 7 next year. LB will be stout. Don't know if anyone will step up to replace Holland. Maybe Big Kat will kick it up a notch and be that speed rusher off the edge. I reeeeeally want D. Russell to return for one more, but I'm not counting on it.

The JUCO signee Newkirk is a defensive end. Guess he might be our edge rusher.

Maybe WT will get with Steele to clarify that.

Uncommitted running back Harold Joiner of Mountain Brook is an interesting athlete. He just nixed LSU and UGA off his list because they both took highly ranked backs in the early period. Joiner is 6-3 and likely getting taller but is determined to be a "featured back" wherever he ends up. Wide receiver and tight end have been mentioned as possibilities. He's cool on the subject though. SPUAT and AU are warming up to the kid's wants.
Have seen fake news about his forty times, anywhere from a 4.3 to a 4.76 ???
Has a keen vertical and can backflip the length of a football field...that's almost 100 yards.
Backflips are definitely a eye catcher, could come in handy.

Jmar you know by now that Iâ€™m not at liberty to discuss conversation that Iâ€™ve had with staff about recruits.

Just policy. No sense in even skating close to any issues there.

Besides, this place is full of primarily the average run of the mill joes, with very little football IQ or AU influence. Discussion wouldnâ€™t be warranted.
