Bodes well for my usual strategy of buying outside the gate - I'm thinking maybe a pair for 50 bucks or less now.  Hell, sounds like maybe I can get paid to use someone's tickets. :vn:

Auburn will win or lose in a 10-3, 14-10 type game.

Our offense has only scored 17 points in the past 2 home games against LSU and we are 2-0.

Not sure why you think we will get blown out because our offense can't score this year.

I think we will compete against lsu and very possibly beat them. With a few breaks we could tear them a new asshole. They don't have an experienced qb. I f we can stop their run, and I think we can, we can beat them.

Riiiiiiiiiiiight. Because Auburn's QB play is such a strength.

LSU's offense is exponentially better than AU's. Defenses are relatively equal and both substantially better than MSU.

Barring a magical transformation this will be obscene. Depressingly so.

I think it's possible they could smash us and the converse is true as well. They lost their dc and they haven't had anything remotely near a test and have two brand spanking new qb's.

Like I said, if we can stop their run, we can beat them.

I'll guarantee you one damn thing. I wouldn't be going saturday if I thought it was  a sure loss. I think we'll win.

This lsu is god crap ever year is funny.

I don't know what is going to happen. Going by Saturday, we should get killed. However, I have seen us win so many games in which I thought was hopeless and then play like crap against teams we should beat, that I never know what to expect. It has been like that for as long as I can remember. Thus, the price of being an Auburn fan. I still have faith though. I am a lifelong Red Sox fan, though I had not endured it quite like older Sox fans and Bostonians had, but they finally won the big one, so I have faith Auburn will eventually get it done before somebody puts me in the ground.

BTW...where is the tailgate this weekend. Any of you going to invite Monica and I, or am I banned from such events?

I'm not getting baited into a week long bitch fest about this.   Just bitch, moan and get it the fuck out.   I have no clue what's going to happen on Saturday.   Probably nothing good, but I promise not to be a dickhead to you in the process.

I don't know why, fellas, but I really have a good feeling about Saturday night.  I expect to see a completely different offense take the field, and the Defense will still be as good as advertised.  Couple that with the crowd noise and a night game inside Jordan-Hare, and I smell an upset.

Will said different offense include Kodi Burns under center?  Or at least taking the snaps.  And if not, can we go to the Notre Dame box?  That was some innovative stuff back in the day, too.  Until all the high schools started running it.

I need a rest.

Back to the power I, and one back sets with Burns running the show?

Actually, the demise of the Notre Dame box came with the success of the Wing-T.

Central High in Tuscaloosa won a state championship with the Box back in the mid 90s.

You know, you can score with the Spread and the Box pretty much equally.
