My cajun buddy dropped off some pastalaya (jambalaya with orzo rather than rice) yesterday on his way out of town to see the faux tigahs invade Lambeau.  I will be alternating between bowls of that deliciousness and some chicken wings from my local tavern.

No big plans tonight other than some wings from a local BBQ shack and a few Sweetwater IPA's.  On the game tonight, I look for Appy to hang tough for a while as they have a butt load of guys coming back on offense.  However, according to a couple of pre-season mags, they've got one 300 pounder on the D-line.  The rest are 245 and down with smallish linebackers.  Hurd goes 240 himself.  I see the Vols grinding them to a pulp by games end.
