What are you thoughts about this years game? 

I think we will come out with a win, but it will be tougher than most would expect.  Miss St has looked pretty bad the past couple of weeks, but you know that they will be fired up for their conference opener.  I think we will be ok as long as our D keeps stuffing the run.  I can't handle another version of last year, when they just kept running straight at us, and we couldn't stop em for shit.  That game really pissed me off.  Blackmon should have an opportunity to shine.   


This will be a good test for CT and the receiving corps.  On the road in the SEC isn't easy, and I hope we don't see the same version of Todd that we saw in the opener.  I've never been high on Dunn as a receiver, but damn that guy is dangerous as a returner.  Here's to him taking one to the house this week.

2. Q. Groves: They ran straight at him no matter where he lined up.  He got annhialated every play.  Admitted afterward that he was so intent on getting the sack record that he abandoned the run.  We were in the stands going, "Yep, running over the right side again."

i'd like to re-emphasize that the cowbell is in fact, GAY.  but i doubt we'll hear much of the cowbell after the 1st quarter.  look for the run to wear out their D.  then look for Todd/Kodi (whichever one is successful, don't care which) to swing the passes out in the flat and receivers to use speed to make big plays.
