The meme uses the words "more important" to describe Franken's opinion of his judgment. He didn't say that. So...the meme is false, but just outrageous enough to be shared/liked/posted/pinned/tweeted/snapchatted/etc by your favorite mouth-breathing relatives.
This is the problem with hyper-partisanship. It rots your brain.
Clearly, he tried to justify the "more important" meme someone photoshopped and found the "America Rising Pac" article as a result of that google search.
