Auburn is fuckin garbage...absolute garbage. Every team, aside from Idaho, will skull fuck us and make us like it. We are WEAK and whoever is calling the plays needs to quit.
garbage is 2012. This isn't garbage. More so youth and inexperience. No quit in most. Underperforming, yes.

I still think we make a bowl. Improving.

Who will be our next two-three wins?

This team will not be able to go into Lexington, on a Thursday night, and come out with a W.

So, Idaho aaaaand?
@ Kentucky? Sadly, no
@ Arkansas? Doubt it
Ole Miss? LOL
@ Texas A&M? Nope
Georgia? Pffftttt

Assuming you think we beat Kentucky and Idaho. But we'll need another to dance in the Magic City.

Might get to a bowl if Lawson were to come back and the team rallies around his energy. As it stands though it looks as if we will be physically manhandled by 4-5 on the schedule barring some sort of miracle.

Considering our D gave up 30+ in 7 out of their past 8 games, I'd say there has been improvement. So far that's only happened 1 in 5 games this year. If Carl comes back and we can get a pass rush going again, we have a chance to be decent. We are going to have to play alot better "no doubt" but almost every team on the schedule has shown the ability to shit the bed. I by no means believe we can win 10 games. Yet there isn't any team we should fear. As ugly as it was at least it wasn't JSU ugly. Hope we can do some serious adjusting during the bye week.

How is it that a year removed from WM that Florida is man handling ole piss? Is that our problem? He came in and half of our defense leaves. The question has to be asked, is he just here until the next HC job comes open.

Five statements of WISDOM
1. You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity, by legislating the wealth out of prosperity.

4. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it.
5. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friends, is the beginning of the end of any nation.

Positives:

The D held a decent offense to 21.  Forced several turnovers and basically was the difference in the game.

I thought it was a good move putting McKinzy at more of a stand up DE.  He's 250+ and may be somewhat of an answer for getting some pressure in the backfield.

Some very young guys have been getting a ton of experience. I'm not holding that out as an excuse.  Saying it because it's a fact and there's some guys I'm looking forward to seeing what they can/will do in the future.  Kerryon luggage continues to get more touches and looks more confident each game. Cowart made a few things happen on D. Carlton Davis is taking some lumps as a true freshman corner, but you can tell this kid is a balla.

Barber was his consistent, hard running self. Nice to see him break one and barring injury, he'll get his 1,000..  I thought he and Roc both looked good.

Countess surprised me on the opening kick off.  Good speed.  He and Rudi should be handling all return duties from here on out.

Put it on the ground a couple of times but for the most part, real good ball security.

It was a win.

Negatives:

Play calling, first and foremost.  Very uninspiring.  That worries me more than anything else with this team going forward. It really looks like they went into a shell and acted like we're going to do the bare minimum to beat this team.  Sean White was 6-10 for 109 yards.  We have very talented skill players all over the field and they are making almost zero attempts to get them involved.  No slants.  No digs.  No crossing routes. It's either some form of bubble screen or heave it long. Not calling for JJ to return but why even replace him if all you're going to do is hand the ball off 90% of the time?  Tubber Tuckerville can do that just as good as SW can.  Really head scratching.

While the D did play hard and was very opportunistic with the turnovers, they were very soft in the middle.  Yes, that 170 pound back was shifty and quick and hard to get a good shot at.  But they were blowing us off the ball and it was 3-4 yards past the line of scrimmage before we'd get a hand on him.  What that did in turn, was allowed Borges to open up the play book.  He made some really good calls, but he was able to when we had to respect the run so much. Don't know how or if that can be fixed.

Your "short slants" jab didnt go unnoticed earlier.

Yes any team can shit the bed but we appear to be a bad matchup against run teams that can complete enough or anybody that can beat JSU/SJSU. Most also have seasoned lines and athletic secondaries as well OR as the past has taught us, they feast on Auburn when we are in miserable/unexplainable mode.

Hey we might just steal one. The two above came close enough for our liking.

It's as if Gus is trying to prove something to the offense which refuses to respond...like training an insolent child. You know we have so much more in the bag. And I'm okay with Gene Hackman going all contrary to make them understand your way is the big picture but that shit should have been put to practice long ago.
