Word on my skreets says he got a little too physical in a pick up basketball game with a current member of the AU roundsball squad and the skirmish continued into the parking lot.
I have heard from my sources that it was either a hard foul at a pickup game that escalated into some punch throwing or over a girl and they've been barking at each other for a few days and that blew up.

Either way, you had the scoop. And that's why I always take the time to read your insightful posts. Good job man.

The last thing he said was about Marcus Davis.  I was more impressed by MD than any other player in the spring game. He was dropping jocks and breaking ankles.  Dude is ready for the proverbial Trovon breakout year.

I have goose bumps

Sadly there is no middle ground.  There are only optimists and pessimists.  Doesn't seem to be any rational thought left in this world.

Have to agree here with K. Interesting phenomenon among the fanbase with Duke Williams any time there is an issue with him. Not sure what the deal is there or what it stems from. For me, the issue is settled. Gus said he (Duke) knows what he has to do if he wants to be a part of this team. I, for one, find comfort in Gus's statement about no one man being bigger than the team. Can't have divisiveness like that especially with a young team loaded with talent and this much opportunity.

Of course, I have also heard that he was a founding member of the Illuminati.  Take that rumor with a grain of salt though.

Quote
Auburn practices '10 times more physical' this preseason
Auburn Fall Football Camp: Day 4
James Crepea

Through five days of preseason practice Auburn's players couldn't help but notice an increase in physicality.

Though Saturday was the first day in full pads and returning players didn't tackle to the ground, players have been able to hit for the last three days.

"It's 10 times more physical," linebacker Tre' Williams said. "And I like it because we have to be physical in this league. Last year we kind of lacked at that, and that's what made us weak. But this year we're going to be much stronger. (Defensive coordinator Will) Muschamp preaches toughness every day, and he's trying to make us tough."

Auburn coach Gus Malzahn felt his team had "good energy" on Saturday.

"I feel like as a defense we're getting a lot more physical in everything we do, whether it be taking on blocks, tackling physical, getting the ball out every chance we get," linebacker Kris Frost said. "Everything we do is a mindset. We're trying to build a culture here. Coach Muschamp being the leader of that is really good for us. I feel like we're building a great culture of being a physical defense and by the time season rolls around, we'll be right where we need to be."

The Tigers will have a day off Sunday for Fan Day and return to the field for their first scrimmage on Monday at Jordan-Hare Stadium.

I am looking forward to seeing Duke on the field this year, but I am glad this is his last season.

He is extremely talented, but has no self discipline whatsoever. With so much on the line, he continues to make poor decisions.

Five statements of WISDOM
1. You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity, by legislating the wealth out of prosperity.
2. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.
3. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.
4. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it.
5. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friends, is the beginning of the end of any nation.

We don't know what (if anything) he did.

This is why I hate the fucking Internet.  It should be limited to porn.

People over at AUFam (homos) are arguing over which "in the know" poster has the best information.  There is NOTHING more worthless to me than a super spy poster hiding behind some name like WEEDEEgle claiming to have inside scoop.  Fuck those clowns.  I happen to know one who goes on another site and acts like he has a direct line to the athletic department.  He's a cheap suit who knows about as much about what's going on today as Frank Gifford. But he goes on the board, makes shit up and when it occasionally comes through, all the fuckstick fanboys praise him.  Disgusting.

Their resident gurus (who don't know shit) say he's gone for good or will be back very soon and not miss a game.  The rest are running the warn meter on everybody who questions their bonafides.

The rest of the world is just making random doom and gloom guesses with occasional sprinkles of sunshine.

He fought a basketball player
He fought a GIRL basketball player
He fought Dameyune Craig
He was shooting dice and lost
He was shooting dice WITH Craig and lost, then shoved Craig when his money was taken
It has nothing to do with the police
He was quietly in a holding cell for 48 hours
He walked out of practice when he was criticized and wouldn't come back when Craig went after him
He got in a fight with another player over a girl
He got in trouble with the NCAA for taking money in a dice game
It has nothing to do with the NCAA
Other players are involved
Other players are not involved
The players took his side
The players didn't take his side

FUCK the Internet.

I love Auburn, but we are the world's absolute worst at tearing each other apart over shit.  The most negative bunch of fucks I've ever seen.

al dot  I am a gay twerker that has no balls!!!!  I also have no idea how to use the quote function to post stories, so I annoy the piss out of others.  I like male genatalia in and around my mouth. provides defensive morning wood

Carl Lawson put on a show during Auburn's first preseason scrimmage.

In his first full-contact action on a football field since April 2014, Lawson was "about unblockable" in the estimation of Auburn coach Gus Malzahn.

"There was no limitations on him," Malzahn said "He was 100 percent. He's better than he was before, I think. ... He had his game face on."

Though the quarterbacks were not live for Monday's scrimmage,

Lawson is being eased back into action after missing all of last season with a torn left ACL. The third-year sophomore did not participate in any of Auburn's three spring scrimmages, including the A-Day game, for precautionary reasons.

Having not recorded a tackle since he sacked Missouri's James Franklin in the 2013 SEC Championship Game, Lawson was eager to return to full-contact and hit someone in a scrimmage.

"It feels good knowing you have a real good defensive end over there with Carl," fellow defensive end DaVonte Lambert said. "He's energetic, strong, powerful, and he brings a lot of energy to the defense as well. I learned a few things from him as well watching him on film."

Auburn struggled to generate a pass rush last season without Lawson, who had 7.5 tackles for loss with four sacks as a true freshman in 2013.

His return combined with the return of Lambert, who led the team in sacks last season, and defensive tackle Montravelosity Adams and addition of heralded freshman Byron Cowart has Auburn expecting a resurgence from its defensive line.

"Carl is a leader," cornerback Jonathan Jones said. "Even with him back, not just his individual play, but as a leader, he pulls out the best in a lot of the other guys."

The internet and media aside....Ive seen Gus speak about him. You can see the frustration. He was suspended for a bowl game. He put some stupid shit out on twitter about not being happy. I don't think its a stretch to say this dude is kind of a head case. There is a pattern. Is the media blowing it up? Maybe, but he did do something. And he's done it three times now. That is the kind of shit you have to stop in it's tracks or we are right back to the Chizik era again letting these types influence the lockerroom and team chemisty. Look at what the Marshall, Mincy and Whitehead shit did last year. We looked like a lost team half the year. Jeremy has even eluded to the behavoir of some affecting the team's chemistry and focus last year. You just can't let this shit get out of hand.
