Kardashian was at the table, but he wasn't active in the trial.  The story is that he was declared to be "of counsel" so he could not be compelled to testify about how he is the one that disposed of OJ's bloody clothes, which were never found.  Notice that he is the one that makes the  :jaw: face when the verdict is read.  He knew damn good and well OJ did it.
