PALO ALTO, California -- Apple customers chomping at the bit to get their hands on the new iPhone 6 were pleasantly surprised Friday when CEO Tim Cook showed up at the company's Palo Alto store for a casual meet-and-greet before the phone went on sale.
As Cook made his way down the line, shaking hands and smiling for selfies, one customer decided to get his attention in a way that Alabamians understand better than anyone else.
"Roll Tide!" the customer shouted.
"War Eagle!" Cook replied, not missing a beat.
