It isn't about the shoes (insert 80's commercial here) it's about the camps.  Nike camps and associations have the best players and have influence where kids go.  That being said we have been bad for years we have only been Under Armor since 2005. 

I don't think that is the main issue.  Is it an issue?...possibly...but I don't believe it to be a key issue as to why we are a bad basketball program.

With a slew of players out there and players that play at schools like Albany, places like Wofford and VCU that most folks couldn't pick out on a map. I believe that culture can be changed, (look at USCe with Spurrier) I have the highest hopes for our basketball program than I have ever had.
