Despite those artificial "advantages", if white hetero male shows up (and can refrain from drooling on himself and has managed to avoid any involvement with the judicial system...also easy for HWM), HE likely gets the job.
Have you ever applied for a job at the post office? It is there and places of the like where you will find out quickly that they put white males right below snake shit on the hiring ladder.
But let's go with your argument here - You're also assuming HWM gets the job because he is simply HWM. HWMs also tend to be more qualified and educated in general. So are Asians. Maybe that's why HWM got the job you speak of. In the event of a tie however, the woman or minority is going to get that job simply for being just that.
And I'm not trying to pick an argument with you or anything. I just don't think it's as simple as you stated in your first post. There are lots of variables at play. I've experienced it first hand.
HWM has to pay his own way to college for the most part. Unless dirt poor, no grants. Not for simply being HWM. No UNCF.
HWM doesn't get exemptions in re to college admissions. If I want to get in, I have to make the score. Because of quotas that's not the case with non HWM.
There is no law saying quota has to be met for hiring HWM.
And on and on.
There is such a shit ton of help out there for non HWM. Which more than offsets any advantage HWM has from his historical reputation and perception alone.
