The corndog smell will be somewhat mitigated by the smell of the smug self-righteous holier than thou Tebows on the other sideline.  The Whovers may be outnumbered by the Horneys - this may as well be a home game for the elitists from Fort Worth ($50,000 annually for tuition, room and board, and books for a freshman/general studies).  One of our attorneys has a daughter at TCU.  He never talked football at all, but now that she is there, he is a fucking expert.  SO pompous.  Yet he walked in my office yesterday and wondered aloud if the LSU - TCU game would be televised... 

It mght be kind of fun to see the drunken coonasses and the sober Church of Christers in the same place... (TCU is affiliated with the Church of Christ)

Does anyone else see the irony of a Christian school being represented by a Horned Frog?  Whether you read it as Horns of the Devil or Horney as Snaggie, either way, it's kind of weird.

First I was going to stay home with our spawn while he goes to Dallas with a hall pass and a cooler of beer and yucks it up with his fellow corndogs.  No complaining, no repercussions, nothing my total support and understanding.

Then when it was either me go or he doesn't get to go, I make a full blown sacrifice for darling Corndog's happiness. 

No, I ain't happy about having to watch the AU game on my fucking iPhone.  But when November rolls around, i'll be in the Promised Land and you'll be plenty happy to see your snookums.
