Just a guess but it's likely the herb smoker would have been turned loose at the scene if possessing less than a half ounce, whereas .04 (relatively 1/2 a beer) will land a minor in jail for underage consumption of alcohol in Alabama.
*A "tidy" arrest can ignore other contraband and factors present in order to keep it simple.

Heard 15 minutes of WNSP this morning which consisted of Lee and Harelip Chip fawning over the fantastic job Saban does with discipline and how his stern measures toward DUI Jones really send a message to the other members of the team.

That's seriously how they're going to play this?
