25. A 3 star safety of theirs was just processed to UCF.

Auburn is currently ranked #10 in the Rivals Team ranking.

In 2010, we were #4.

Our average in the last 10 years is 11.5.

So by and large, this is a pretty average year. If Evans does indeed flip current Auburn recruits, as has been rumored, it will be worse than average.

This year is largely affected by what happened in 2012. Many of these national kids were learning about and exploring colleges while we were getting bum fucked 49-0 by our rivals.

You can bet that we will have a top 5 class next year. Especially if Craig and Garner stick around.

Where is this coming from? If it happens, and I don't think it will, unless 3 plus of our players leave, I don't think it's Armageddon.

We have a great class and are filling huge needs. How many could they have room for anyway?

I have said it over and over again. Quit listening to these subscription based web sites. I really don't think there is a tremendous talent drop off between a #10 ranked team and a #1.

Consider most are saying that if we land Evans alone our class would go from #7 to #3. IMO that is a huge jump.... but the fact is all of this is based on perceptions anyways.

Bottom line #3 or #11 whatevs, I am comfortable with our coaching staff.

Just tempering some of the unbridled optimism I'm seeing about this class.
