Author Vince Flynn died today at age 47 of metastatic prostate cancer. He was the author of the Mitch Rapp books.

Not that most of you will know who he is, what with all the word readin' and no pittchers and stuff, but his books are awesome.

Had heard rumors of a Mitch Rapp movie - not sure where that will go now, but if Tom Cruise gets the part, I will blow up Hollywood (Hi, NSA!!!  )
