"Hey my friends are the ones that wanted to eat at that shitty hole in the wall that only served bread and wine.  What kind of brick and mud business model is that.  Stick to the cart if that's all you're going to serve.  Then that dude came in with like 12 other people, and some of them weren't even wearing shoes, and the restaurant sat them right across from us. It was gross, and they were all stinky and dirty.  Then dude starts talking about eating his body and drinking his blood...I almost lost it.  That's the last supper I'll ever have there, and I hope he dies a horrible death."

I think he'll probably talk about everything BUT the relatively high unemployment rate and the shrinking work force.  I expect more of his typical vacuous, meaningless rhetoric of course and loads of demonizing of gun owners and guns and Christian religious fanatics and the Rich and folk who "hate" teh gays getting married while the brainless, democrat zombies clap and cheer. The Pharaoh's followers will say it's the greatest speech ever made ever in all the recorded history of mankind and rank it right up there above Lincoln's Gettysburg Address and MLK's I Have a Dream speech.

I have other, far more important, plans so I won't be watching.

What Sani illustrated plus his penis. He's gonna talk about how much we've improved economy wise, all the jobs created (but he won't talk about them being mostly union and gov't and temp).

Then, he's gonna reinforce to his base about how great things will be when his healthcare reform hits fifth gear. Lastly, I expect to talk more about taking away guns, cuz it will make us more civilized and decrease murder in schools.

The only talk about taxes will be about the ones that don't currently (according to Hussein) "pay their fair share".

I find it a bit humorous that the POTUS is surrounded by guns NOT to protect him from threats outside the US (they love him. He is more one of them) but to protect him from his own subjects.

With each day it is apparent to anyone with common sense that he is grabbing power as fast as he can. He IS the ONE they were waiting for.

Five statements of WISDOM
1. You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity, by legislating the wealth out of prosperity.
2. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.
3. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.
4. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it.
5. So basically he will spin something that isn't so into a shiny piece of gold? After tonight we will thinking "what recession?". Happens every year. Then reality sets in after the rhetoric and bullshit is gone.

My question is why clasify your self as anything other than a fucking American. Even the great George Washington warned against political parties in his Farewell Address "“It serves to distract the Public Councils, and enfeeble the Public Administration....agitates the Community with ill-founded jealousies and false alarms; kindles the animosity of one.... against another....it opens the door to foreign influence and corruption... thus the policy and the will of one country are subjected to the policyband will of another.”

Most peoples views don't align with either side 100% so why should they be either or? I myself, though I believe abortion is wrong, don't believe its my right to impose my religious beliefs unto others threw my government. I'm also a firm believer in the 2nd amendment. However, I believe SS, medicare, and unions are good things. Point is why lump yourself into 2 factions. Imo, its stupid and one of the oldest tricks in the book. Good v.s Bad, Right v.s Wrong. I myself try to listen to each person and chose the guy whose beliefs align with mine. Though its hard as hell to do though with the way politicians lie. Just like right now, you got one side screamong for smaller gov. however they were perfectly fine with the huge gov. expansion with the Department of Homeland Security.

The first step to solving our problems is getting a third party on the debate floor.  Doesn't really matter who it is.

Mainly because we don't get to vote a la carte on ea. individual issue. You gotta find the boys that you agree the most with and stick with them no matter how bad it stinks sometimes. Yes, I too have voted for the individual who was in a party that typically opposes my beliefs (i.e. DEMOCRATIC), but it has been seldom and only on a state or local level.

Very good and appropriate quote from George Washington.

I think that you have a good point here but I also think there's a greater struggle at work in American today than Democrat/ Republican ideology and that is the FedGov-Civil Servant-Media-"Ruling" Class (you can include Party establishment types here too) versus the People.  That struggle is the cause of the contradictions that we see today especially in the results of the last presidential election.

And, I think, what you described above is a direct result of another problem among the plurality if not the majority of this nation and that is our collective loss and, indeed, outright rejection of fundamental, objective principles.  Second to that is we are currently "ruled" by a group of technocrats who are rebuilding American on a foundation of shifting sand.
