3rd grade bball?  Do the kids even understand the game?

I see the possibility of coaching/mentoring the kids, but this is a pretty complicated game (if you're running traps/press/etc) and I hope that you guys are (and it seems  that you are) treating the kids age/skill appropriately.

Actually, it's not you coaches I worry about (having met most of you), it the stupid fucking hyper-competitive parents.  I hereby offer my services to bitch-slap/taze uber-aggressive parents.

You would be surprised at how much they can comprehend. They are a lot better than I thought they would be...

Kids are sponges.  Not basketball, but the 7-8 year old football team I coached last fall is probably the smartest group of kids that age that I've ever been around.  I started out with a basic wishbone offense, and developed it into 4 formations with 28 plays by mid season.  #championship

Yep, I put in a simple 2-1-2 defense, and they played it so well, I put in a half court trap and now a full court press trap. I don't think you can put everything on them all at once, but once they have it, you can put different things to add to it.

The main problem with my team, is they are playing for the first year with me and learning everything in the 5 1-hour practices that I have had. We are playing against teams that have all played and been together for a couple of years...or at least their core group has. As the year progresses and next year as they have been in my "system" and learn what I want and learn their teammates, we should be pretty competitive...

Well football is a different animal.  Out of 18 kids, we had about 4 kids that could handle the ball, 4 more kids who weren't skill players but could get after it on defense, and the rest we had to hide on the field.  Can't do that with basketball.  I coached the same age group last year in an upward league.  I won't do it again.  I hate the wrist band mentality.

Maybe I should clarify.

By numbers, I meant penis size in inches.

Now, about this Fat Todd...

A peewee guru, dare I say.  I should be able to diagnose any problem that Auburn has after the spring workouts.

"Hey my friends are the ones that wanted to eat at that shitty hole in the wall that only served bread and wine.  What kind of brick and mud business model is that.  Stick to the cart if that's all you're going to serve.  Then that dude came in with like 12 other people, and some of them weren't even wearing shoes, and the restaurant sat them right across from us. It was gross, and they were all stinky and dirty.  Then dude starts talking about eating his body and drinking his blood...I almost lost it.  That's the last supper I'll ever have there, and I hope he dies a horrible death."
