It all hinges on Saturday night in JHS, night games in Jordan Hare somewhat brings back the past legends, so don't be too surprised if Auburn beats aTm.
IF Auburn was able to do the unthinkable and beat aTm and/or thUGA, I still would be disappointed if we don't make a change.
See there was a part of me (even after the Arky and Ole Miss games) that wanted to see CGC stay and be given a chance to turn this train wreck around. The way he guided the team through that shit storm in 2010 and turned around a team deeply split over the QB in '08 into an 8 game winner the next season, I wasn't gonna be upset if he stayed. Afterall we gave Buster Brown 4 1/2 years and damn it if Chizik was able to bring home the crystal ball that we've been screwed out of so many times over the years finally home, well he should atleast get 5 years.
However, that shit has changed. When I saw Vanderbilt come off the ball and completely obliterate one side of Auburn's defense down on the goalline, something inside of me said fuck this fucking shit. It was my breaking point. With all the supposed talent on board and we just flat out get our shit pushed in by Vanderbilt on the goalline? No more for me my friends. Not when we got BMFP setting out there and we won't have to pay another school shit to get him. Not when Auburn's favorite punching bag for shitty defense, Ted Roof, is sitting at school that had its players gutted and he has a top 25 defense while Auburn is getting knocked 5 yards into the endzone by Vandy's O-line. Fuck that. I won't even begin to discuss the offense as they are not even worth the web space.
I was listening to Cubelic's show the other day and he was talking about his little bro being on that '09 team. He also said that Chizik had his hands in the pie bigtime on both sides of the ball. Its time to remove those hands my friend.
