As someone said earlier about the paper not reporting if the sentence was suspended...how much actual time do you think he'll spend? All of it? A few months? Any way he stays out completely?

well if it was suspended and they didn't report that hill spend none of it. other than that I have no idea about Louisiana law or how they give good time behavior and that kind of thing if it were here in Alabama a 2 year sentence what amount to serving about 8 mo

This shit is stupid. If he has to serve more than 30 days in jail, it is ridiculous. If I was the one that was actually tea bagged, I wouldn't want any more than that. 2 years fucks your life up for a long long time. 8 months is not cool either.Ridiculous.
