Did you watch the video? Do you have another explanation why, the ref originally had his foot set to mark the ball, then cocked it towards the marker once, then finally had to turn around find the marker, and move his foot that way again to spot the ball? Give me the bammer spin on how what he is doing isn't GIVING bammer inches they need for a first down that they didn't earn. Don't want to hear about some other call. Tell me what's going on in the video.
Look. Clearly the camera was leaning to one side. It's not that you saw him change the position of the spot. It's just that the camera is leaning.......
