Three Days Too Many
« on: May 28, 2012, 10:58:25 PM »
When the news first broke i was somewhat upset that the Mobile Press-Register was cutting back to three days a week.  I rarely read that piece of Bama propoganda shit any longer, but there's still something pure and American about having the newspaper available every morning.  So for nostalgia's sake at least there was a tug of sadness.

Fuck that.

After seeing Saban above the fold at the top of the masthead (yet AGAIN) with the tag line "is he so good he hurts his assistants..."

Three days is too many.  Let it burn.

They should've re-named the MPR to the RECPR a long time ago, atleast then there would be no more confusion and it'd tell the readers exactly what they're getting.

Picked up a copy this morning and when I read that, the first thing I thought after I finished puking was "I wonder what Kaos thought about that?"

You can keep a wooden stake in your trunk
On the off-chance that the fairy tales ain't bunk
And Imma keep a bottle of that funk
To get motel parking lot, balcony crunk.

What, the newspaper didn't have Fairley front page for getting a DUI in Mobile?

Where's the resident retards (bammers) on this subject? I'm guessing they aren't reading the paper much anyway, since they can't read that well...which is why they bitch and moan whenever their Sunday paper doesn't have their team section in color, apparently looking at pictures in color makes them feel special. So, they just tune in to the finebaum show for their daily bammer sports information...since, apparently, that's the only thing that show likes to talk about.
