I'm sort of back on track now after a week at the beach. I was hitting the diet and workouts hard leading up to it but that was so I could let myself go and not feel guilty about it. Shrimp Po Boys and fries. Beer(z). Shrimp and grits. Beer(z) Seafood platter with fries and beer(z) Getting together with Wes for a beer(z). It was glorious!!!
Back to reality and bland food and workouts.
