I'm taking you as serious in this question.  How did you narrow your charitable cause selection down to these three when there are other, better (read that as 'credible') organizations?  I'd choose the ASPCA over PETA, the ACLJ over the ACLU, and the United Negro College Fund over the NAACP for examples not that I support any of those either (for the sake of disclosure) but they are better charities along the lines of the ones you've chosen in my humble opinion.

What is that?  Should I add it to the list?

Those were charities? I thought they were just liberal think tanks.

I like to donate stuffs to the Salvation Army. I also give a lot yearly to children's causes (Egleston, St Jude).

You are probably right about the three that I suggested; definitely right about the three that AWK listed.

I donate to the Salvation Army, Goodwill, St. Jude, Masonic Children's Home of Georgia, Masonic Children's Home of North Carolina, the USO, the VFW, Homes for Our Troops (they build homes for wounded warriors), my church, my Lodge, my Grand Lodge, and the Sons of Confederate Veterans, just to name a few.
